I originally wanted to do the cute little scallop circle Peppermint Patty Sandwiches that I have seen on the blogs & boards everywhere. But when I opened my pack of Peppermint Patties that were not just wrapped in the regular foil wrapping. They were in a plastic foil baggie making it more a rectangle shape. So this is what I came up with. Another take on the Santa Suit candy cover.
