This card was made for the Practical Scrappers Challenge Blog. This challenge was to use punches of any kind on your project, you can check it out HERE.
I used my new, A Child's Year Cart., that I got for Mother's Day for this card. The punch that i used was the Martha Stewart Doily Punch. I used it to make a border along the top & bottom of the cart. Thinking the background was a little plain, I added some heart stamps (Studio G) to make a pattern on the background.
