OK, so my disfunctional Cricut Imagine is on it's way back to Provo Craft. I packed it up along with the Imagine More Cart & all the other doo dads that go along with it. Hopefully, it won't be long before I have my new replacement.
I'll keep you posted on the progress.

Hapyy New Year, my friend!!! Just got back from being MIA, and this is not what I expected to come back to hear!!! I'm so sorry you had to send your Imagine back! I just got one for Christmas too; so far, it's working okay, so I hope I don't run into any problems.

I think from what I have seen everywhere is that Provocraft will make it good, no matter what! Hope you newer Imagine is just perfect for you!
